The Paterson Family

The Paterson Family on Location
Family photographs are always fun, more so when it’s a family that has been photographed by me for quite a number of years! From wedding photography, family events and now to new additions to the family! It was super to see everyone and shooting informal photographs near the Pentland Hills on a chilly April morning was just great!!

Hopetoun House

Hopetoun House, South Queensferry near Edinburgh Р Group photograph.
Just setting up for a Group photograph of almost 100 people on the steps at Hopetoun House. They had just flown in from Boston and needed a photograph to remember their trip to Edinburgh. I’ve worked for them in the past and they are super clients! Looking forward to the next shoot for them in September!!

Extras! Extras!

Extras! Extras!
Scotland is becoming increasingly popular as a location for both TV and Film making. This month Edinburgh has become home to the Avengers Film Crew. Filming starts in a few days and they are still looking for extras! This is your big chance to be in a major film shot right here in Edinburgh!! We had been inundated with star struck Edinburgh people keen to be involved and of course, they need Photos! We can provide white backgrounds (often requested) or something more special, (like our warehouse location). Great if you want to stand out from the crowed! We charge £50 for the shoot and included are 5 high res images to send straight to the Agents or Film companies. These photoshoots are also great for Stage actors and performers.
Call our team on 0131 3376021 or come in to the studio at 246 Dalry Road, near Haymarket station to have a chat.

High Constables Of Edinburgh

Group Photography Edinburgh
Ward X of the High Constables of Edinburgh decided to have another group photograph done. The last one was 10 years ago! The High Constables date back to 1611 and were the first official Edinburgh police force. They now escort the Lord Provost on official occasions and provide a ceremonial presence at various events such as the Edinburgh Military Tattoo and the Riding of the Marches.
The photograph was taken at the City Chambers and the Constables are wearing their ceremonial attire of morning suits, white gloves, top hats and of course their batons! On each lapel, you will see the Badge of Office, identifying each Constable with a unique number. You will also notice a lady member of the Ward. The Society is now open to Lady Constables who wear their own uniform and bring a new dimension to this ancient order.
