Portraits Edinburgh: This month, Donald Photography had a visit from Mr Donnely, who came in for a portrait. This was his first studio photo shoot, but you could never tell that this man was a novice. Even in his eighties, Mr Donnely was the perfect model.  He chose our £55 package, in addition he a purchased of a canvas and two framed photographs.

With the intention of gifting these photographs to his family, Mr Donnely purchased his suit and bow tie for the occasion. The man was dashing in blue, and with a simple black background behind him, he smiled away throughout the shoot. We took a selection of both coloured and black and white images. However, we feel that the coloured images work best! His happy personality really shines through in these photographs. When Mr Donnely saw his photographs, he was shocked to see the results, this was the first time that he has seen himself looking this way in photographs.

It was a pleasure having Mr Donnely in the studio. We hope that his family loves the photographs as much as we do!
