Wedding at the Caves Edinburgh.

Last weekend, Louise and Callum said their “I dos” in a gorgeous  wedding at the Caves Edinburgh.  Donald Photography was along, both as a guest and wedding photographer. The day was a special one and congratulations to the happy couple! If you are looking for unique wedding venues in Scotland, especially in our nations capital, then The Caves Edinburgh is definitely worth your consideration.  In terms of atmosphere, you will find yourself nestled in the depths of the 18th century South Bridge and as the name suggests, the venue is cavernous in its theme.

The location provided a dramatic backdrop to their wedding photography. Amidst candles, family and friends, Louise and Callum were married. Afterward the newlyweds returned to the surface for their wedding photographs. They were lucky with a sunny Edinburgh day. Louise and Callum posed together in the rustic Cowgate area of Edinburgh. The Edinburgh architecture provided some excellent backdrops and vantage points. Allowing us to get some lovely birds eye view shots of the pair’s first dance. Additionally, a wedding guest group shot is always an essential photo for the day.
