Scottish Curling Champion
Scottish Curling Champion, Bruce Mouat visited the Donald Photography for a portrait last week for a studio sitting. If you’ve got medals, you will want to show them off!
Dressed in his curling gear and complete with medals, Bruce posed for a selection of photos. These photographs will soon be on display at his local club. Bruce, and the rest of the team, have a very supportive local fan base. The Edinburgh Curler began curling in the Gogar Park Curling Club.
At just 24, Bruce Mouat has had a lot of success, and has been competing in championships across the world. Bruce has competed in cities such as Alamy, Copenhagen, Tallin and Perth. After graduating from Napier University in Edinburgh last year, he has been fully focused on his curling career. In 2016 his team won gold at the Junior World Championships. In Febrary this year, Bruce won his first men’s title in the Perth Dewar’s centre. He was recently in Las Vegas. Despite not actually being able to enjoy Vegas, he and his team remained sober enough to claim a bronze medal.
We wish Bruce and the team luck with their future competitions as they represent Scotland!
